Bay Area Birth Education offers a comprehensive online childbirth class which is relevant, dynamic and thorough covering: Childbirth Preparation, Stages of Labor including comfort measures and medical treatments as well as some guides to pospartum realities and breastfeeding and newborn care resources. This course is available to you for 90 days after time of registration.
Felicia Roche offers a birth coaching package, should you be looking for more support, which includes the online course and two hours of birth coaching where she can personally help you work through what is possible for your birth.
